KLIA SERVICES These are the services available at KLIA for all your needs while at the airport. LUGGAGE STORAGE FACILITIES (Operated by Talasco Dagang Sdn Bhd) If you wish to leave items at the airport, there are two (2) luggage storage counters at the Main Terminal Building: i) Departure Hall, Level 5 ii) Arrival Hall, Level 3 Charges:

The WiFi service is now available at the Satellite Building, Contact Pier, and arrival and departure halls. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS If you happen to lose an item at the airport, you should firstly contact the relevant airline you are/were travelling with. It is strongly recommended that all travellers take up an appropriate travel insurance to cover any such losses that can occur as part of their journey. If you have an enquiry about a lost or found item, here's what you can do: a) Items Lost at Airport Terminal Please proceed to the nearest information counter and the personnel on duty will assist you further. Alternatively, you could use the online customer feedback form or email publicrelation@malaysiaairports.com.my b) Items Lost in Aircraft and Missing Checked-In Baggage Please contact the ground handler of the airline for assistance or contact the details as listed in the table below.
PHARMACY & CLINIC (Operated by PUSRAWI Corporation Sdn Bhd) If you need to have a prescription filled or buy over-the-counter medicines, KLIA's pharmacy or clinics will see to that.
POST OFFICE (Operated by POS Malaysia Berhad) Various postal services are available at the Departure Hall, Level 5, in the Main Terminal Building. Business Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays * Closed on Sundays and State Public Holidays (Selangor State) INFORMATION COUNTER Even with a vast expanse of space at your domain, you will not lose your way around the airport. KLIA information counters are strategically located and the personnel on duty will be happy to assist you. The information counters handles traveller's enquiries, PA broadcasts for paging people, lost & found and other services. You can easily locate these counters at:
SELF-SERVICE KIOSKS To ensure that your time at KLIA will be well-spent, we offer various types of kiosks to keep you occupied before your flight. INTERNET KIOSK You may surf the Internet, send emails and gain access to the web for FREE at our Internet kiosks.
